The Power of DSD

Schwan customers thought Direct to Store Delivery, Schwan’s business model, was more expensive than warehousing, yet the opposite was true when the entire process and all costs were considered. I worked with a sales VP to write the script for this explainer video. I then produced the voiceover, and a contract videographer produced the motion graphics. The sales representatives who used it reported their customers did indeed change their opinions about DSD.


In-Store Report Podcast

An episode of a podcast I produced and distributed weekly for the (deskless) sales force of Schwan’s Consumer Brands. Instead of sending them emails with attachments, we gave them a podcast to which they could listen on their mobile devices. One month after I added a segment on safety tips, the accident rate at Schwan dropped by almost 30%.
